2. Our services

We provide digital marketing services such as SEO, paid advertising management, email marketing, content, analytics and website or landing page work. No physical goods are sold or shipped.

3. Services already provided

Because services involve time and work that cannot be returned, fees for work already carried out are generally non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

4. Cancellation

Our plans are month to month. You can cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice to support@velvetagencyllc.com. No further fees are charged after the notice period ends.

5. Exceptions

We will review a refund request if you were charged twice, charged for a service that was not started, or if we were unable to deliver an agreed service. Contact us within 14 days of the charge.

6. How to request a review

Email support@velvetagencyllc.com with your full name, company, invoice number, and a clear description of the issue. We aim to review requests within five business days.

7. Approved refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the bank or payment provider.

8. Advertising spend

Advertising budgets are paid directly to the advertising platforms from the client's own accounts and are not refundable by Velvet Agency LLC.

9. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded in your country or state.
